ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Melissa Snively - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full-time AND part-time positions available.

WE ARE SEEKING TO FILL FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling with existing customers and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
Support the team with various office administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent phone skills and ability to make great first impressions.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred, but not required.
Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in conversations in-person and over the phone.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
